Born and raised in various pubs, parties, afterhours and braindrilling experiences, Spontaneous Aerobics is about to leave adolesence. To celebrate the 18th year of the label, we want to give a small present to all our supporters and friends. Our coaches Doc. Schock and Terraπ carefully selected 7 bangers of the label history as well as 2 previously unreleased tracks to take you on a journey through the years and created a typical classic psychedelic work out for the night time...

And as it is ment as a sonic gift - this one is dropped as a free release ;)
